Refund Policy

(1) Introduction

We aim to keep costs down to a minimum. Our service is designed to improve society in general and enable all service providers, small and large, to compete for business based on the quality of their work and not the size of their marketing budget.

To enable us to keep our costs down and charge as little as possible for our service we do not offer any refunds on subscriptions.

(2) Business Subscription Refund

A general business purchasing either monthly, annual or one off subscriptions is not entitled to any refund.

They may, however, cancel their membership in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.

(3) Gift Subscription

A Gift Subscription, purchased for a specific service providing business, can not be exchanged for any cash value by the intended receiver. However, should the receiver not wish to accept the gift subscription they may, within 30 days of purchase, return the gift subscription to the original purchaser.

The original purchaser, may then either:-

  1. Re-gift the subscription to another business at the same membership level. They will be charged 20% of the original cost as an administration fee.
  2. Within 7 days of purchase, cancel the gift subscription for a full refund minus any financial charges imposed by the banking system.
  3. Within 30 days of purchase, cancel their gift subscription purchase at a penalty of 50% of the original cost.

(4) Products Refund

Any product purchased through our site will be refunded, minus a 10% administration charge. Any product to be refunded should be returned in itís original state to : myProSpot Ltd, PO Box 1188, Cambridge, CB22 4WN together with a note stating the reason for refund. E.g. Faulty, not required, mistaken order etc.

Note: Any product ordered with specific name, stationary or unique markings which cannot be resold will not be eligible for any refund. E.g. Business cards, stationary, vehicle markings.

(5) Statutory Rights

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
